Our Innovative Solution
Pactive recommended upgradation of legacy systems with demand-driven, energy-efficient technologies. EC (Electronically Commutated) fans replacement with conventional AHU units, while ventilation controls were proposed with intelligent automation.
Pre-Retrofit
The hotel's AHU and ventilation systems relied on manual or inefficient operation, leading to significant energy waste. Gas-fired boilers and Conventional Electric Calorifiers were used for hot water generation.
Proposed Retrofit
High-efficiency fans and demand-controlled ventilation were recommended to optimize air delivery. Heat Pump based Water heating System was proposed for Energy Efficiency, cost savings and major reductions in CO₂ emissions.
