Our Innovative Solution
Pactive implemented an integrated control system using temperature, humidity, and CO₂ sensors to automate car park ventilation. Sensor-controlled lighting was deployed to enhance efficiency while meeting user needs. These upgrades led to substantial energy savings and improved the environment across the facility.
Pre-Retrofit
The car parks operated exhaust fans at low speeds continuously or via manual control. Lighting systems were always-on, consuming energy regardless of actual usage or occupancy levels.
Post-Retrofit
Smart sensors were installed to automate fan operation based on real-time conditions. Lighting was upgraded to motion-sensor-based systems with smart scheduling, delivering consistent savings while improving the parking experience.
