Pactive deployed a centralized Chiller Plant Manager (CPM) module to oversee HVAC operations. Smart lighting upgrades and hot water system enhancements further improved performance. These measures were integrated into an upgraded BMS to ensure long-term energy optimization.
Pre-Retrofit
The facility used gas-fired boilers and legacy chillers with limited automation. Lighting and HVAC systems were manually operated and inefficient.
Post-Retrofit
The chiller system was optimized with advanced CPM control, while smart lighting and BMS upgrades delivered significant improvements in energy savings and operational responsiveness.
